Danielle
Howle and The Tantrums play their eclectic music as naturally
as the wind plays the leaves on a tree. They are a band with a
rare dexterity and are consumed by an uninhibited approach to
each song as an individual world. Skorborealis (Daemon
Records), the band's third and forthcoming album, is masterfully
presented. Danielle Howle and The Tantrums proficiently reveal
a wide variety of musical styles which move fluidly among the
songs they've chosen for this album. The Tantrums' unassuming
nature towards crafting music and their intensely unpredictable
and spontaneous showmanship allows their frontwoman and songwriter
to do what she does best; tell her stories and sing in whichever
style she chooses.

Danielle
Howle & the Tantrums - Do a Two Sable
The
music on this album is quirky and eclectic. Danielle is
notorious for jumping from genre to genre. You'll hear stuff
that could be considered alternative rock, southern rock,
country, pop, folk, you name it.

Quiet Awhile - Delicate Wire
A Simple Machines release.
The now-defunct LQA described themselves as melodic thrash/folk/metal.
Definitely eclectic, they have spontaneity and lack of pretentiousness
combined with a laid-back southern twang that could charm
the toughest rock critic.
